5月中旬的北京下了第一場難得的透雨，雨後陽光明媚、空氣清新，令人心情格外好。在健一公館會客室，國際融資記者獨家專訪了澳銀資本（中國）控股有限公司（簡稱：澳銀資本）創始合夥人、董事長熊鋼。自2003年澳銀資本在新西蘭創立并成功募集3000萬美元“澳銀均衡基金”到2009年起募集人民币基金，一路走來，澳銀資本已募集多支美元基金與人民币基金投資中國大陸優質中小型企業和創業企業，至今已累計投資80餘個項目，美元基金達四億美元市值，人民币基金從原值五億升至約15億。其人民币基金中，第一支基金投資的17個項目退出率已達90%以上，年化收益率近40%；第二支基金投資的15個項目，預計退出率也可達80%以上。以建設性幹預能力控制投資後風險是澳銀資本的特色。那麼，何為建設性幹預？幹預的基礎是什麼？幹預的對象是誰？怎麼幹預？能否實現成功幹預？幹預的價值體現在哪兒？為此，《國際融資》記者對熊鋼先生進行了長達三小時的采訪。
